Content & Social Strategist
Hi there! I'm Rebecca, an expert in social media and content strategy. After studying photojournalism in college, I moved to New York City to work in the magazine industry. My background in writing and photography led me to start working as social media editor. I'm a rare combination of analytical and visual, making me the perfect fit to increase both traffic and brand identity. These days, I can be found regularly interviewing celebrities and producing photos and videos for social media.
When I'm not at work, I'm probably still on social media or exploring the amazing city I call home. I'm style and travel obsessed. No day goes by without me finding an opportunity to create new content.
2017 - Present
Health Magazine, Social Lead
I constantly make strategic decisions to continuously grow
traffic, engagement, and brand identity across all social
platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Flipboard, MSN, and more. I create and execute creative franchises such a #MantraMonday, a video series that has featured celebrities like Queen Latifah and Lucy Hale. I also produce and execute all brand-side events and influencer relations. As a manger to up to three junior editors at a time, I'm constantly teaching others to execute strategy and watching them grow.
